RECARO / Storchenmühle Isofix Base - Play it safe.

Isofix is an international, standardised mounting system for groups 0/0+ and I child seats that have their own harness system. Appropriately fitted vehicles have Isofix anchors permanently mounted to the body-shell. These standardised mountings enable the RECARO Isofix Base to be anchored simply and quickly. Its adjustable supports make it a safe and stable mount for the RECARO Young Profi plus (up to approx. 15 months) and the RECARO Young Expert plus (up to approx. 4.5 years). Also for the Storchenmühle Twin 0+ (up to approx. 15 months) and the Storchenmühle Twin One (up to approx. 4,5 years).

• Safety plus:
  Simpler handling for installing the seat in the vehicle, the chances of misfitting being greatly reduced.
• Impact safety:
  Optimal protection is provided by the direct link between system and vehicle body-shell, irrespective of the position of the anchor points on the adult harnesses.
• Practical:
  The Isofix Base is suitable for ECE Groups 0+ and I and therefore needs to be purchased only once.
  Seats can also be used in vehicles without Isofix anchors (attachment with vehicle‘s 3-point seat belt).
